The Companion Union does not have an Apprenticeship Training Centre (CFA), but it develops many partnershipswith different structures of whichIEAM(European School of Art and Materials)
A first training action, already recognised by the professionals of the sector, is implemented thanks to the engagement of the mason's companion Pascal Waringo in the wood industry: the green wood technique.
The themes worked are:
– from forest to rendering site
– rendering of parts
– picing, cutting and assembly of parts.
– assembly and lifting in workshop and on site.
