As usual We started with a minute of silence, for all the Comrades who disappeared in the year. But also, for our late translator Emeritus: Great Lady Chrisine Hussel. We had a special thought for Companion Peter Schwarzbich, including the funeral, and the ceremony surrounding it, had gathered many people from all over Europe on Friday 10 October. Our Comrade Peter was one of the historical artisans of our C.C.E.G. He had also vigorously accompanied the Belgian Companion Society, which is integrated into this beautiful assembly of Companions so different, yet so complementary and united, on either side of the Rhine.

The first great subject must resonate and animate our reason. In recent years, an intra-company approach has been established: « Word More Than Silence ». We mentioned problems that can sometimes lead to suicide. The same request to speak is also addressed to those who consume too much alcohol, drugs and other shipments. We have agreements with specialists who work, with great gentleness and listening, by our side. It is proposed to each and every one of them to bring up their problems absolutely, before they feel overwhelmed...

Then we thanked the Golden Blasons for this Year of Rotation and wished total success to the Companion Federation, which takes over for the year 2026. Our great subject was then the application for membership of a new Society in the C.C.E.G. And then we took part in a very great moment, since It was unanimously that we voted to integrate the Society. « The United Brothers and Sisters of Lion Europa ». It is a joint, Germanic and Swiss company, bringing together food professions.

The delegates who regularly visit the Council of Europe in Strasbourg have given us their report. They expressed the desire to work even more with the various actors to establish contacts with the other delegates. There will be no funding from the Council of Europe at this time. Representatives of the C.C.E.G. will continue to establish contacts, to make us even more recognized, while maintaining our freedom of travel. The concern about immigration is raised with the example of Companion Tobby White, who has a nationality outside Europe, and his administrative problems considerably bothering him to turn with the German Companions.

We also focused on the Heritage Fair: « Denkmal Mass », which takes place every two years in Leipzig. This year it will be from 5 to 7 November that Companions and Youth of all Companion Societies will be able to find themselves there, to highlight our specificities and regional uses. It is a unique moment of encounter and sharing and a great showcase of the craft and companion unit. It was voted to manufacture a new Pavilion (a wooden structure assembled to accommodate the coats and information of the ten Companies affiliated to the C.C.E.G. It is hoped to associate itinerants and sedentaries, who will work together in this manufacture.

Then a positive vote took place, to start the research project, of a house of intergenerational Europe. This is a wonderful idea: « accommodate all ages, including with a strong will to function, for part of the building, as a shared retirement home ». The idea is to offer a roof to Companions in need, regardless of their age.

The assembly was unanimous in welcoming the effectiveness of our webmaster, the Guillaume Froger Country. And asks to think about « Feed » in subjects and information!

Of course, the Assembly renewed its support for the Sibiu project. An article was written and financial support was voted. This year Sibiu's departure from France, will be led by the Companion Federation. It is scheduled for the weekend of 27 and 28 June 2026 from Limoges.

Association « Gesellen helfen », which has been deploying for several years aid, works and support, following the flood of the Ahrn Valley, will receive financial support of 5000 € Donation. In this regard, it is important that the Francophone Companions integrate that we can also help in these support and assistance operations.
We welcome the arrival of an inter-company songwriter, at the initiative of our Navers Camardes! And We supported, by a large majority, the project of a pixi book, and authorized to affix it with the C.C.E.G. logo. It is a project to present the Companion for the use of children, carried by a pastrymaker of the United Brothers and Sisters of Lion Europa. The Charly of 2026, which will celebrate the 75th anniversary of the C.C.E.G., was introduced and approved.

On Sunday, October 12, 2025, we found ourselves in the open air, in a beautiful sun, for the group photo. It is also on this occasion that the Banner of the C.C.E.G. passes from hand to hand, from Rotation Society to Rotation Society. During the year 2026, she returned to France at the Headquarters of the Companion Federation. It is of the utmost importance to greet the strong and beautiful presence of several young people of theUnion compagnonnique Very motivated. And this year, the Banner of our Cayenne in Paris floated to that of Montauban. Young people and Companions, who move fairly regularly on these occasions, very much hope that other Banners will join us many times ago...
