The Companion Union's companions met Mrs Anselmo, principal of the Technical College of Trades on the Gué in Tresmes (77) as well as part of the teaching team and teachers to discuss a future partnership in particular on ceramic trades.
The stake for companions is to be able propose a tour of France to young people in the ceramic trades with the support of the 26 local sections where the Companion Union is present.
We thank the entire high school team and the young cooks in training for their excellent performance in the app restaurant with which we will not fail to consider also future exchanges.
