Guided tours, demonstrations and presentations will be offered by the Companions of the United Duties who perpetuate gestures, techniques and centuries-old knowledge: workshops shooting on wood (on Sunday) and stone carving in the house of the Guignols arranged for the occasion; decorative painting, ironwork, frame; cooking workshop with a young cook from Montreux Palace and Companions. Sunday: pastry shop held by a Best Apprentice of France.
