Located in the heart of the Alsatian vineyard, between Colmar in the south and Strasbourg in the north, the Cayenne de Dambach la Ville en Alsace was founded in 2009 and its premises inaugurated in 2014 after a few years of work done by its members and some close friends and the support of the town hall that made the building available and financed the purchase of materials.
She is a member of the Young Companions of a wide variety of trades, in the image of the vast heritage that the Companion Union received at its creation: Coverer, Tailler de Pierre, Guitar Factor, cabinetmaker, Pastry Chocolatier, Cooker, Sellier Maroquinier, Sculptor sur Pierre.
