Professional development courses are offered and supervised voluntarily by Companions and open to all young apprentices or professionals wishing to go on the Tour de France or simply curious!

The Boulangers and Pâtissiers organize an internship with the theme « Wood ovens and old wheats » 14 and 15 May in Mourèze (34).


Participants will be welcomed on Friday night. Saturday morning cooking on the ordinary oven of Mourèze and selling products. On the same day of 6pm conference on the Companion at the library of Paulhan hosted by the Companion baker François-Xavier Daussin.
Sunday working day on the oven He's a big boy. from the Aspirant Company to Paulhan.
All meals will be taken at Mother Class. Accommodation is close to workplaces.
