On October 1, 1968, Jean Lavillonière, Pastry Companion, Berrichon L'Ami du Travail, comes to Nîmes to take the professional succession of Mr. Descos,15 Boulevard Admiral Courbet, as Pâtissier, arriving straight from Montauban where he had resided 15 years.
Since 1918, the city of Nîmes had no more of Cayenne de Companion Union, the last president having been the Brain Country, Boulanger, place of the cathedral.
The Lavillonière Country received for mission from the General Directorate, to try to reactivate the Nîmes Section. Accompanied by his son Jean-Claude, they sought to find old isolated companions. They managed to find 5 of them, who were able to form the symbolic number of 7 to open the Cayenne.
The inauguration of the Cayenne took place on 11 June 1972; the first meetings were held in the shop of Pays Lavillonière Jean.
In 1991, the Pays Lavillonière Jean-Claude signed a lease with the town hall of Nîmes, giving us a seat: 3 rue de la Boucarié in Nîmes.
