Training Coordinator for Re-employment Materials

Organization:

Opened since January 2017, the CFPC is today recognized Territorial reference centre for skills, employment and training on digital networks and services for the New Aquitaine Region.
The companion tradition in the learning of the building trades and more particularly the second work is a value that the CFPC wishes to perpetuate in the spirit of the transmission of know-how and knowledge being through Buildings Training Qualification, or specific trainings responding to local problems, such as the Restoration of Heritage, Self-Rehabilitation Accompanied housing, the Valorization of Waste, the Circular Economy, the Sustainable Building...

The courses offered are for everyone. Job applicant, Professional conversion, Employment contract etc...

Training:
Level 4 Continuing Training: Technician.ne Building Resources Valorist (TVRB) – RNCP 34907

Missions:
Central missions:
➔ TVRB Training Coordinator
o Co-host collective training presentation information meetings
o Co-conduct recruitment interviews
o Co-Establish the group of trainees
o Ensure implementation of alternance education
o Organize professional visits and interventions
o Organize training projects
o Accompany outside workers (preparation of interventions, teaching sequences, animation materials, duplication if necessary)
o Animating educational sequences
o Ensure consistency between the training program and the activity and certification benchmarks
o Personally accompany trainees (tutoring), including the realization of their red thread
o Co-Assure administrative procedures specific to certification assessments (registrations, notes, organizations...)
o Ensure dates, content and administrative requirements are met for each module block (ensure compliance with the certification framework)
Inform each trainee about further training proposals

Outlying missions:

● Maintain close relations with partners, companies, networks and professional branches
● Ensure compliance with procedures and use of validated tools in the quality approach (Qualiopi)
● Is responsible for storage and cleanliness of workshops and technical tray

Supplementary mission:

◆ Analyse the environment and identify training needs in the territory
◆ Designing and participating in the organization's communication activities within professional networks
◆ Conduct and monitor training activities

Expected results:

Trainees satisfied with activities, follow-up, support and pedagogy. Test pass rates and very positive occupational integration rates.
Report regularly to the project manager on its activities.

Experiences:
Professional experience in the re-use of materials. Recent and significant experience in continuing vocational training and/or in accompanying projects and pathways of the adult public.

Salary:

Base 24 000 € annual gross, marketable based on experience and profile
Collective agreement of training bodies (No 3249)
